Uricchio's Trattoria began as one man's passion.
With a natural talent for creating a memorable dining experience and 40 years of restaurant and fine-dining expertise under his belt, founder Nick Uricchio, and his son Steve opened Uricchio's Trattoria during the summer of 1995 with the help of Executive Chef Raphael Hernandez. Bakersfield welcomed Uricchio's delicious food and uniquely vibrant ambiance with open arms.
Today Nick's daughter, Claire, runs Uricchio's Trattoria bringing her natural hospitality and warmth to the family business.
